1. Services Overview

Morocco Driver Tours provides professional driver services with vehicles for tours, excursions, and transfers throughout Morocco. Our services include:

  • Private car hire with professional driver
  • Guided tours and excursions
  • Airport and hotel transfers
  • Custom itinerary planning
  • Multi-day tour packages

2. Booking and Reservation

2.1 Quote Request Response Time: When you submit a quote request through our website forms, we will provide you with a personalized quote within 24 hours. Our team reviews each request carefully to ensure accurate pricing based on your specific needs, vehicle type, and itinerary.

2.2 Confirmation: All bookings must be confirmed in writing via email, WhatsApp, or through our website. A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of written confirmation from Morocco Driver Tours.

2.3 Accommodation for Multi-Day Tours: For multi-day tours, customers are responsible for booking their own accommodations in advance based on their chosen itinerary. Morocco Driver Tours provides transportation and driver services only. We can recommend hotels and riads upon request, but booking and payment for accommodations are the customer's responsibility.

2.4 Payment Terms:

  • Multi-Day Tours: Customers shall pay a minimum of 60% of the total amount to the driver prior to the tour's commencement. The balance of 40% is due at the tour's conclusion.
  • Single-Day Trips, Excursions, and Transfers: Customers must provide full payment (100%) to the driver before the service begins.

2.5 Flight Information Requirement: For airport pickups and tours starting outside Marrakech, customers must provide a copy of their flight ticket (including arrival date, time, and flight number) at least 48 hours before arrival. This ensures proper planning and timely service delivery.

2.6 Payment Methods: We accept cash (EUR, USD, MAD), bank transfers, and major credit cards (where applicable). All prices are quoted in Euros unless otherwise specified.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Customer Cancellation:

  • More than 14 days before service: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
  • 7-14 days before service: 50% refund
  • Less than 7 days before service: No refund
  • No-show: No refund

3.2 Force Majeure: In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or modify services. Full refunds will be provided in such cases.

3.3 Company Cancellation: If we cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund or alternative dates at no additional cost.

4. Driver and Vehicle Services

4.1 Professional Drivers: All drivers are licensed, experienced, and knowledgeable about Moroccan routes, culture, and tourist destinations.

4.2 Vehicle Standards: All vehicles are regularly maintained, insured, and equipped with air conditioning, safety equipment, and comfortable seating.

4.3 Service Hours: Standard service hours are 8-10 hours per day. Extended hours may be available at additional cost and must be arranged in advance.

4.4 Fuel: All fuel costs are included in the quoted price for the agreed itinerary. Significant deviations from the planned route may incur additional fuel charges.

5. Customer Responsibilities

5.1 Conduct: Customers must treat drivers and vehicles with respect. Smoking is prohibited in all vehicles. Excessive dirt or damage may result in cleaning or repair fees.

5.2 Punctuality: Please be ready at agreed pickup times. Excessive delays may result in shortened tour duration or additional charges.

5.3 Accuracy: Customers must provide accurate information including pickup locations, contact details, and passenger numbers.

5.4 Safety: Customers must follow driver instructions regarding safety and local regulations, including seatbelt usage.

6. Pricing and Additional Costs

6.1 Quoted Prices: All prices are quoted per vehicle (not per person) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Prices include driver, fuel, vehicle insurance, and standard tolls.

6.2 Not Included: Unless specified, prices do not include accommodation, meals, entrance fees to monuments/attractions, tips for driver, or personal expenses.

6.3 Price Changes: Confirmed bookings are honored at the quoted price. Prices may be adjusted for bookings made more than 6 months in advance due to fuel cost fluctuations.

7. Liability and Insurance

7.1 Vehicle Insurance: All vehicles carry comprehensive insurance as required by Moroccan law, covering third-party liability and vehicle damage.

7.2 Personal Insurance: Customers are responsible for their own travel, health, and personal property insurance. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.

7.3 Liability Limitations: Morocco Driver Tours is not liable for delays, losses, damages, injuries, or accidents resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, road conditions, political situations, or customer actions.

7.4 Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuables with you at all times.

8. Itinerary Modifications

8.1 Customer Requests: Itinerary changes requested during service are subject to driver approval and may incur additional costs for extra distance, time, or fuel.

8.2 Company Modifications: We reserve the right to modify routes due to road closures, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Alternative routes or attractions of equal value will be provided.

8.3 Accommodation: For multi-day tours including accommodation, we reserve the right to substitute hotels of equivalent standard if necessary.

9. Children and Special Requirements

9.1 Child Seats: Child car seats are available upon request at no extra charge. Please specify ages and requirements at booking.

9.2 Special Needs: Please inform us of any mobility issues, dietary requirements, or special needs at the time of booking so we can accommodate accordingly.

9.3 Accessibility: While we make every effort to accommodate all guests, some desert and mountain locations may not be fully accessible for customers with limited mobility.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

We collect and process personal information only for booking purposes and service delivery. Your data will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to provide services (e.g., accommodation providers). Contact details may be used to send promotional offers unless you opt out.

11. Complaints and Disputes

11.1 Resolution: If you experience any issues during service, please inform your driver or contact us immediately so we can address the problem promptly.

11.2 Formal Complaints: Written complaints must be submitted within 14 days of service completion to info@moroccodrivertours.com

11.3 Governing Law: These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes will be handled through mediation, or if necessary, through Moroccan courts.

12. Communication

Primary communication will be via email and WhatsApp. Please ensure you provide accurate contact information and check messages regularly before and during your trip.

13. Photography and Marketing

Photos taken during tours may be used for promotional purposes unless you explicitly opt out. We respect your privacy and will not use images you request us not to share.

14. Acceptance of Terms
